AccommodationUnder reviewSuite with one queen bed and one Murphy bed, one bathroom and a kitchenette. Accommodation is in Avon, not on the slopes in Vail. The flexible rate needs clarification of a conflicting year in its policy; no cancellation terms are promised.
Airport transferUnder reviewShared shuttle researched for two adults and two bags. Proposed outbound: 15:00 from DEN, 18:25 at the hotel; return: 07:05 from the hotel, 10:30 at DEN. The outbound involves a long wait after the flight and schedules must be reconfirmed.
Transport to the mountainUnder reviewTravel from the suite requires a connection at Avon Station. Official schedules cover the main leg; the published 12 minutes refer to Avon Station–Vail, not the entire trip from the hotel.
Lift passes for the selected daysUnder reviewAdvance purchase directly by the traveler. The two-day option covers the November 27 peak date; taxes and operational opening remain pending.
Equipment rental for the selected daysUnder reviewIndividual rental of Sport skis, boots, poles and a helmet. The shop is separate from the hotel. With an 18:25 arrival, plan for fitting on the first morning unless evening pickup is confirmed; tax is estimated.
